An immigrant to America, The Ripper came across the waters in the late 1880s seeking sanctuary from London police after committing numerous high profile crimes. Shortly after stepping foot on American soil The Ripper tucked tail west eventually running into some trouble in a saloon in New Mexico. The Ripper, being quite good with sharp blades, could hold his own on most occasions, but was no match for a quick drawn revolver which is exactly what he found himself up against. Luckily he met a man by the name of Henry McCarty who had a coincidentally similar story, and who happened to by really good with a revolver. The 2 rode together for many years, raising hell in saloons and giving out pokes in brothels along the way. They managed to stay out of the eyes of the lawmen, and a step ahead of Father Time for many years until they both died of old age in Hico, Tx, the first only a few months before the other.
The geometry of this bumper produces sharp lines which blend and flow fluidly with he curvature of the Jeep body. Even though this bumper was designed with flawless aesthetics, it was also designed to withstand whatever rugged abuse is thrown at it and will rip through anything that stands in its way. The Ripper is fabricated of 1/8” steel and is carefully welded at every seam. This product comes stock with a winch plate, 1” D-rings, an aggressive 2” bull bar, cutouts and brackets for LEDs, and a double layer of powder coat to improve on its durability.
